Swedish Sweets started with a craving—and a skydive that changed everything.

I’m Jesper, born and raised in Sweden, where candy is more than just a treat—it’s a part of the culture. Growing up, I was surrounded by sweets with bold flavors, unique textures, and high-quality ingredients that are hard to find anywhere else.

In 2021, I came to the U.S. for a skydiving trip and quickly realized something was missing: the candy. Nothing here came close to what I grew up with in Sweden. That small realization sparked a big idea—to bring authentic Swedish candy to America.

Along the way, I connected with two incredible partners. One was the Lundquist family—whom I met at a bar near the skydiving facility—who welcomed me like one of their own and truly made this all possible. The other was Ethan, a longtime friend from South Africa whom I worked with in anti-poaching. With their support, we launched Swedish Sweets to share the candy we love with people across America.
