Return and Refund Policy
No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any candy purchases. We appreciate your understanding.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist by offering a replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
Warm Weather Advisory
We cannot provide replacements for candy that has melted due to warm weather. Please consider this when placing orders during hotter months.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, we may not be able to stop the shipment.
Replacements Only
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive the wrong item, damaged products, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement.
Conditions for Replacements
To qualify for a replacement:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must provide photographic evidence of any damaged or incorrect items.
Requesting a Replacement
To request a replacement:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographic evidence, if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Non-Replacement Situations
Replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal taste preference.
- Products stored incorrectly by the customer.
- Melted products caused by warm weather.
- Opened or tampered products.
